Quick Sunday (2/12) Post

Quick post about Sunday- it was good. We went back to the medina and bought things (surprises). We ate lunch on another terrace and I got pastilla. We had a long lunch and then got into a cab that was not a petit taxi, but it ended up being the same price, and the cab driver had some sort of wild South African animal in the back... I can't express how much I really don't like animals. My disdain for them is really clearly showing here in Morocco. There are stray cats EVERYWHERE and I have grown to be able to pass by them without grabbing someone's hand. I can not get rabies, but will probably be the only one to get it because I am so cautious/hate the animals here. They're all like scraggly, but ppl say they are surprisingly well fed- I wouldn't know, nor do I care. Anyway- the cab driver showed us his animal ("SO THAT'S WHAT SMELT BAD"- Alexa) and I was NOT having it. Looking back we should have taken a pic, but I really don't care. We missed the 2nd train... Woops. Whatever. We hung out at the train station (a lot of coffee this day) and then we got on the train. I napped and listened to music. The train was 1000000 times better on the way home. We got seats close to each other and it wasn't crowded or dark or dirty. I slept a bit, and then we were home!! I don't remember what happened at home on Sunday night, but it was good I guess. We had dinner and I marked "C.O.W." in my filofax, but I have no idea what that means... o well. Good Sunday
